How a Ten Minute Phone Call Saved us $400

Buy quality items, from quality companies, for things important to you.

Please note that if, say a blender, is something you rarely use, then it doesn’t make financial sense for you to splurge on one.

So we’ve had our current blender for quite awhile and we love it, but it’s on its last leg. The motor has been making some pretty funky noises lately. (It can be good to exhaust all options before making a big purchase.)

Lo and behold, our blender was still under warranty! and they are sending us a new blender. Just like that *snaps fingers* a ten minute phone call saved us from making a $400 purchase.

As I stated in the beginning, purchasing quality items that will perform better and last longer can save you money in the long run (if it’s something important to you.) And buying from quality companies with good customer service who stand behind their products, can save you money.
